who’s this ape?

My health journey was built on a graveyard of calorie restrictions, cleansing, binging, and food guilt. Today I’m a creator, trainer, and fitness nutritionist. But for a long time, I was basically a 20-something college kid in an abusive relationship with food. I found success with meal prepping and flexible dieting because—for once—I stayed full and satisfied without eliminating the things I love (like beer and nachos). It’s been a regular part of my life for many years, and sharing that message with you is my greatest joy.

I now advocate for balance in all areas of life, including diet. Flexible dieting with a planning component (weekly meal prep) are my bread and butter, and that’s what you’ll find here!
